Donations

By Nick, in Clan Announcements & News,

Blitzkrieg is happy to announce that it has reestablished the donation program. We have been very successful with this in the past and it has served as a great resource for revenue and income to help this clan grow and prosper.

For those looking to donate, or just want more information, please visit bzkclan.com/donate to view the donation page. You can always find that link at the bottom of the website in the "Site Navigation" menu by clicking on "Donations."

This is a very big program of ours and I plan on implementing an actual programmed system to help manage this. Right now, we are simply accepting donations again and offering some basic perks and rewards. Once we start getting the money for it, I will roll out a much better system to help manage donations and make it easier for everyone.

Congratulations to iRunTrainsDaily! He has taken and passed the Sergeant's Exam. The Administration was very happy with his exam results.

He has chosen to take on the role of FTO/Tryout Coordinator for the clan. This is a very important job in Blitzkrieg and can easily be one of the most time consuming. He will have his work cutout for him but I am sure that he is more than willing to accept the challenge and will succeed at it. He will report to Onehandedtryhard as his direct supervisor. Together, I am sure the two of them will do wonders for the tryout and FTO programs of this clan.

Everyone please take a moment to congratulate iRunTrainsDaily for his accomplishment. I am sure this is just the beginning of his rise in the Blitzkrieg.

Congratulations to iiAsteria! He has taken and passed the Sergeant's Exam. He was ranked highest on the Sergeant's List and the Administration was very happy with his answers.

He has chosen to take on the role of Recruiter for the clan. This is the most important job in Blitzkrieg and one of the hardest. He will have his work cutout for him but I am sure that he is more than willing to accept the challenge and will succeed at it. He will report to Max as his direct supervisor. Together, I am sure the two of them will do wonders for the recruitment of new members in this clan.

Everyone please take a moment to congratulate iiAsteria for his accomplishment. I am sure this is just the beginning of his rise in the Blitzkrieg.

FNG Guide

By Nick, in Clan Announcements & News,

The FNG Guide has been posted and has most of the information we want people to have. We will update it again at a later time when new information becomes available.

If any of you have anything that you would like explained, or suggestions for things to put in the guide, please tell us ASAP. We want this to be a comprehensive guide for all new members.

The guide can be found in the navigation menu under "About Us" or by visiting this link http://bzkclan.com/faq/
Nick
After much debate by the administration and a constant hounding from certain members (you know who you are), we have decided to open up our ranks a little bit more. This is a temporary step at this time but we may choose to leave the option open if it works. This is a little bit of an experiment and it is kind of scary for some of us. But we like scary things.

We are adding a new rank to our leadership structure. We will be adding the rank of Lieutenant. This rank will be higher than Sergeant but below Captain. This rank will serve as the new "official" officer position. All full officers will now be Lieutenants instead of Sergeants. At this time, our two sergeants will be moving up to Lieutenant, effective immediately. So congratulations to Maxi and Morgan for, ironically, already getting another promotion. They will be official, full power, officers of the clan.

For the rest of you, we have some serious stuff to talk about. We are making the Sergeant position a "training" spot for officers. We will be dumbing it down to the basics. You will be assigned a job. If quantity permits, you will get to pick your job. Otherwise you will be assigned a job from our needs list. You will not have any moderator or officer powers (unless your specific job requires such) and you will be under the supervision of a Lieutenant or higher. You will answer directly to them and help them out with your job assignment. This group will be used to weed out people that are not cut out for officership and give you guys an opportunity to prove yourselves.

In order to be selected as a sergeant, you must be a full member. At this time, we are not requiring you to be a corporal. Just regular member (passed FNG/FTO) and be in good standing with the clan. You will still have to take the sergeants exam and pass the interview.

The Sergeant position will hereby serve as the official training spot for Officers. In order to be an Officer, you must pass Sergeant training. We do not have a time limit on the Sergeant training. If/when we think you are ready to step up to Lieutenant, we will issue you a Lieutenant exam and rank you by your scores on that exam for promotion. However, we will have a time period for how long you can be a sergeant. Once a month, we will conduct an audit of our sergeants. We will talk to their CO (commanding officer) and see if they should remain a sergeant or be demoted back down to their designated rank. If you are trying your best, but just not cutting, we will give you more time. If you are slacking off and not taking it seriously, we will demote you.

So, Sergeant training is officially open to anyone that has passed FNG. If you are still an FNG but feel that you have met all the requirements to move up to full member, please contact me ASAP so I can get you set up. If you are interested in Sergeant training, please send me a private message (PM) on this website and request to become a sergeant.

I hope this satisfies everyone's desire to help this clan. The administration is very excited about this and I think it will be really good to see what some of the newer guys can bring to the table.  But please remember, this is a tough job. This is not something that you just do once a week for a half hour. It does require dedication and time. It is what you make of it.
